Please advise me of your unavailabily prior to Monday afternoon by 5.30 PM of each week when the draw will done otherwise I will assume you are available and you will be appointed and required to fulfil your appointment. Only valid excuses will be accepted with out consequences(i.e. you had your leg amputated). I once had surgery on my left knee on the Thursday and still I made my appointments on the Sunday, reserve grade on the triangle. Remember I have been there and done that. Failure to fulfil appointment means that one of your mates has to take more responsibility. The draw will be sent out by Ryan Monday Night and appear here on Tuesday, it vital for the viability of our association that that we share the workload allowing each member more time with their familes. As supervisor I am concerned for the welfare and well being of each and everyone of our members, it is therefor imperative that the work load is shared among us all. as supervisor I am responsible for recruitment and retention, I am available for all members to assist in their refereeing goals advising them on if they are realistic or how to make them realistic goals. I am avialable to all members on any matter, I can not help them or if the matter is beyond my capabilities I will certainly refer them on
NRAS Provider/QRL Referee Supervisor.
